Would you continue driving with this visibility? Knowing that the road is partly covered with snow?
- We did not do that either... I spent two weeks "snow tracking" at Ifjordfjellet with Ingrid. And as one could guess based on the normal winter weather of Ifjordfellet, we did not track so much. But one can still dig snow profiles even if the weather is bad and tracks (or whole roads...) disappear quickly.
Our water-hole in the nearby creek. Getting down was sometimes a challenge - 1,5m high, steep snow-wallhad a tendency to fall below ones feet into the water. Rubber boots were indeed very useful!

Sauna. Behind the snow. We did not manage to use it this winter, as the tap of the warm-water tank was leaking... And as far as I know one should not heath up a sauna-stove without having water in the container. So I had a "cold sauna"; warm water and a wash in a non-heated room, only about -2C. It is fast and efficient, and afterwards you feel as if you had been dipping yourself in a a frozen lake.
