.. traditional way to predict weather in North Norway is to hang a crab shell from the roof. About 5 days before change in weather, the crab will turn towards the new wind direction. You live you learn... Weather at Ifjordfjellet comes either from the north (Arctic Ocean) or south (inland). This year the crab was quite steadily staring towards north.
