Ei ihan vielä ruska

My mother finally made it to visit me in Tromsø. Apparently the time I live somewhere has to be countable in years before my parents visit me. It seems like a regular complex for parents. Thay have so well-rooted life from which it is difficult to take a week for a visit that of course its most logic that their children return to the nest to meet them. Because for the children its always easier to move. Tjaa. Kanskje. Not to criticize my parents ;)

In spite of the rain it was a good visit. We picked mushrooms. We picked crowberries. We walked on a mountain. We took cable car down from the mountain. We drank beer with french-speaking people, but not enough to speak french. We went to a cafe. We made a lot of good food. And a bit more. We watched pictures. We picked all sorts of things from the garden. We walked on a supposedly non-muddy path that proved to be muddy. We finished several "to-be-done-one-day-in-the-future" reparation and improvement projects in my apartment. We drank vine. We talked. We found out that Tromsø had not changed very much in 30 years. And we found out that my mother and my boyfriend do get along :)
